Will has an excellent reputation in the industry for producing award winning ale. He has gained vast experience having previously worked for over 10 years as Head Brewer of Skinners Brewery based in Cornwall. Will’s priority is to continue brewing award winning beer of the highest quality.
Mark Salmon – Director
Mark has over 10 years experience as the Managing Director of SSG, a well established training and consultancy company based in Plymouth. Mark’s main aim is to ensure that the brewery’s ambitious and exciting plans are achieved.
Peter Salmon – Sales and Marketing Director
Peter previously worked as an advertising executive in London and prior to this achieved a Masters Degree in Marketing and Management at Loughborough University. Peter works on all aspects of the marketing mix and his priority is to ensure that all customers continue to receive the highest levels of customer service.
Graham has over 20 years experience in the industry having worked locally for Tolchards, Waverley TBS, Carlsberg and Vinnicombe’s. Graham’s role involves developing our customer base across the region as well as maintaining high levels of customer service.
Janet has previously worked in a variety of administrative roles, both locally and abroad. She is a key member of the team and her responsibilities include managing the administration and finance side of the business.
Andy Benjafield – Customer Service Advisor
Andy’s main responsibility is liaising with customers to ensure that they are receiving the highest levels of customer service. Andy also has an important role to play in the running and setting up of Bays events.
Steve has over twenty years manufacturing experience with local companies to include Bookham Technology and AVX Ltd. In addition to brewing beer, Steve’s role involves ensuring the smooth running of machinery in the brewery.
Simon’s role at the brewery is to help the head brewer in all areas of production and also to assist with deliveries. Conveniently, Simon’s main hobby is home brewing of beer and wine!
Andy joined us in February 2010 and has fast become an integral part of the delivery team. As well as ensuring our customers are happy, Andy assists the admin team with route planning and logistics.
Craig joined the brewery in March 2011 and is responsible for delivering the end product to customers. He also manages the distribution of point of sale material as well as ensuring all customers receive the highest levels of customer service.
Jo brings a vast amount of experience to the company after working for the UK’s second largest brewer for 10 years. Jo assists the admin team as well as providing support with logistics and deliveries.
