Hookhills Annual Beer Festival (15th – 16th March)
Sponsored by Bays, Hookhills community centre and social club are holding their 3rd annual beer festival in offering some really good ales from all over the country. £2:00 a pint. £5:00 entrance fee, this gives you your pass and a glass and 3 tokens worth half a pint each. Paignton Rugby Club Beer Festival (29th-31st March)
Sponsored by Bays Brewery – this festival showcases a number of local and award winning ales. With live music playing in the evening and a top rugby match during the day – this is one not to be missed!

Tuckers Maltings Beer Festival (18th-20th April)
Organised by SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers) South West Branch and held at the unique venue of Tuckers Maltings, Newton Abbot, South Devon. The Maltings Festival is now established as one of the premier beer festivals in the UK. There are hundreds of different ales on offer from all over the South West – including Bays of course!
Exeter Food and Drink Festival (26-28 April)
The Festival is an annual event held in the courtyard of Exeter Castle and the surrounding Northernhay Gardens, right in the centre of Exeter.
Now in its 10th year, the 2012 festival attracted more than 15,000 visits, with people flocking to Exeter to indulge in top-notch South West food and drink, see national TV celebrities, to learn from the many cookery demonstrations and workshops and to enjoy family hands-on activities. Find Bays on the Northernhay Gardens where we will be selling our bottles and Windfall Cider.

Torq-Eat (4th May)
Join us at Torq ~ Eat, Torquay’s brand new event celebrating the very best in local food, drink, arts and crafts. Situated between the picturesque Torquay harbourside and Cary Gardens, this prestigious location provides the perfect place for Torquay’s food fair to grow and develop.
This area attracts over 3,000 per day on a busy bank holiday weekend. Open from 10am – 6pm Torq ~ Eat is the ONLY place to be over the May bank holiday weekend!

Dart Music Fesival (10th – 12th May)

Bays Brewery will be present at this years Dart Music Festival where we shall have 2 of our bars open throughout the event. The 2011 Dart Music Festival will be the 14th annual event since the Festival’s inception in 1998. The Festival includes almost every type of music from rap to folk, from rock to orchestral, and from jazz to opera, and music is performed in venues all over the beautiful South Devon harbour town of Dartmouth, as well as on the main stage of the bandstand in Royal Avenue Gardens.
The Festival is now one of the established features of the Dartmouth calendar, alongside the Royal Regatta, and attracts great support from local residents and visitors. In 2010 there were nearly 200 performances at 25 venues and the total audience was estimated to be 10,000.
Dartington Food Fayre (26th – 27th May)

As well as a Bays Brewery stand, there are taster stalls from over 50 of the finest local food producers on offer. Star chefs Jane Baxter from Riverford Organics and Jean Philippe Bidart will be making guest appearances. There will also be a wide range of activities suitable for the whole family.

Occombe Beer Festival (June 7th – 8th)
We are proud to announce that we shall again be the main sponsors at Occombe’s 8th Beer Festival. This is a two day event featuring around 60 real ales from across the Westcountry, local ciders and perry. There will also be a Pimm’s Bar, live music from local bands, a BBQ and hog roast. Kingskerswell Summer Moon Festival (June 21st-23rd)

Once again we are delighted to announce that we are again sponsoring the Summer Moon Beer Festival. Last years was a huge success with thousands of punds being raised for an array of local charities. Beers from all over the westcountry will be on offer as well as a good locally sourced food offering. Hopefully see you there!

Torbay Half Marathon (June 23rd)
This is the 20th running of this very popular seaside event.
As one of the main sponsors we are pleased to announce that we shall be running a Bays Bar by the finishing line, to reward all those thirsty runners!
JULY ’13
Marldon Apple Pie Fair
(July 27th)
A Marldon farmer, George Hill, used to take his apples to St Marychurch in panniers on a donkey in the 19th century. Later he became famous for making a big apple pie and paraded it around in a donkey cart before it was eaten.
Marldon Apple Pie day was revived in 1958 to raise funds for the village hall. It has a procession through the village led by a donkey cart and ends with festivities on the village field.
This traditional event has all the fun of the fair and we shall be there with our Bays Bar serving our real ales, ciders, wine and soft drinks! There will also be a carnival procession, donkeys to ride, a craft marque, demonstrations, dogs shows, a hog roast, a fair princess and much more.
Totnes Show (July 28th)
Totnes show attracts thousands of visitors, young and old and there is something for all of them. This year, they have exciting demonstrations, displays and parades in the Main Ring as well well as a host of other things to keep you entertained.
Bays will be present for the first time this year, selling bottles of beer, cider and merchandise from our stand so make sure you come and say hi!
AUGUST ’13
Brixham RNLI Day (August 9th)
The Brixham RNLI are hosting a fun filled day at the Breakwater Bistro, near Brixham Marina. In addition to our fully stocked Bays Bar, there will be a number of RNLI activities/displays along with some quality live music.
Paignton Regatta (August 10th)
Paignton Regatta is a good old-fashioned week of traditional seaside fun, mainly taking place on Paignton Green. For the first time this year, we shall be serving our beers from a Bays Brewery Bar located in the centre of it all on Paignton Seafront.
The packed programme of events features rowing, athletics, cycling, cricket, tennis, rounders, live music, RNLI and coastguard demonstrations, the Veedub Car Festival, fireworks, a fairground and a whole host of other fun and games for all the family.

Flavourfest (August 16th-18)
Flavour Fest is the South West’s largest free food and drink festival, featuring over 100 food and produce stands showcasing the best of the regions food and drink. As main sponsors, Bays will have a fully stocked bar righ in the centre of Plymouth serving our award winning ales and cider.

Steverton Elizabethan Fayre (August 26th)
Staverton Villagers hold an annual fayre at the football ground every August bank holiday. There is a vintage car rally, various stalls, BBQs, old style fayre ground games for children and Devon cream tea’s are served. Of course Bays will be present with a fully stocked bar!

Fishstock
(September 7th)
The rain stopped, the skies cleared, the sun shone and Fishstock Brixham 2010 opened its gates on Saturday 11th September to an appreciative crowd of several thousand seafood and music lovers! They were all showing their support for the fishing and seafood community of Brixham, and in total over £8,000 was raised for the Fisherman’s Fund.
This years event proves to be bigger and better and we shall once again be on board serving our real ales and much much more from our ‘Bays Bar’. We welcome you to come and join us!

Ashburton Food and Drink Festival (September 7th)
Now in it’s 3rd year, the Ashburton Food & Drink Festival is a celebration of the fantastic local food producers and traders that are found in and around our historic Dartmoor town.
The festival is enjoyed for the quality of the producers, the friendly atmosphere and cookery theatre with many people saying it is their favourite food festival of the year.
